Receive E-mail/Text Updates -- Receive E-mail/Text Updates   -- The Wyoming Travel Authorization Program (W-TAP) permits motorists to drive on sections of closed roads, when authorities judge it is safe to do so. Enhanced Citizen-Assisted Reporting (ECAR) is a WYDOT program that allows volunteers to provide first hand observations of road conditions to the Department.   -- A free service provided by WYDOT to operators of commercial vehicles traveling the state of Wyoming.
